When will my exchange be processed?

Your package for return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse.

Once the contents of your package have been verified and approved, your exchange shipment will then be processed.

Important Note: Return/Exchange packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Any lack of information or details on the return package may cause delays in processing. Make sure you identify your order number inside the return package.
