Why did my item not get returned because of a customs fee?
We request that all return shipment items be marked as 10€ in value so that we can receive your item(s) back without unnecessary complications. Doing this establishes the item as a return rather than a sale for logistics handling purposes.
If your return values were not marked appropriately, your return parcel will eventually be designated returned to sender.
