Do you take custom order requests?

Unfortunately not, as all of our products go through an extensive design and fabrication process to ensure quality standards. We only produce our items in batches which are handmaid by silver artisans and product technicians.

Can I get my item engraved?

We do not offer engraving services. 

Engraving can be performed by a professional of your choice. However, we do not encourage engraving on items for two main reasons:

• Engraving will remove the colour on any gold vermail items and reveal the silver underneath.
• Engraving any item, regardless of material, will make your item ineligible for coverage with our return, exchange and warranty policies.

Can I order my rings and pendant sets in different sizes?

Ring sets and pendant sets must be bought in their preset size options available on the product page.

You cannot customize or alter any product sets to be custom sizes outside of what is available by default through our online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may present.
